This policy explains what information DecantBD collects when you order from decantbd.com, why we collect it, and who gets to see it. It's shorter than most because we run a lean operation: we collect what delivery requires, and almost nothing else.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you ordered. Without these, no courier can reach you.
- Payment confirmation: when you pay an advance by Nagad, we see only the transaction ID you enter at checkout — never your PIN, your Nagad login, or your wallet balance.
- Basic technical data: cookies that keep your cart working, and anonymous usage statistics that tell us which pages are broken or confusing.
What we do with it
- Confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, pack it, and hand it to the courier.
- Verify advance payments and process refunds.
- Send you marketing messages only if you signed up for them. Every message carries an unsubscribe option, and it works.
Who else sees your data
- The courier company — your name, address, phone, and delivery instructions. Nothing else.
- Nagad, when you pay them directly. Your payment relationship with them is theirs, not ours.
- Shopify, the platform this store runs on. They process orders and payments infrastructure on our behalf.
That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, and we don't run third-party ad trackers that build profiles on you.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as commerce and tax law require. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it stops serving the purpose above.
Your rights
Message us any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records the law requires us to keep). We'll act on it within 7 days. This store is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top updates with it. Material changes are announced on the site.
