These terms cover your use of decantbd.com and any order you place with us. Plain version: order honestly, we deliver honestly, and the rules below say what happens when either side slips.

1. What we sell

DecantBD sells authentic perfume decants — genuine fragrance liquid hand-transferred from full retail bottles into sealed glass atomizers, sold by volume (3ml, 5ml, 9ml, 15ml). You receive the liquid, not the original bottle; product photos of full bottles identify the source fragrance, not the item shipped. Every source bottle is bought retail, and every decant is filled in our own handling process.

2. What decants are — an honest note

• Batch variation: houses reformulate and batches drift. A 2026 bottle can smell slightly different from the 2019 review you watched. That's the brand's doing, not a defect.
• Performance is chemistry: skin, humidity, and Dhaka heat change how a fragrance projects and lasts. A scent that lasts 10 hours on a reviewer in London may sit closer in a Chittagong summer.
• Fill levels: decants are measured by volume. Atomizer vials vary slightly in shape, so two 5ml decants can look a millimeter apart in fill while holding the same liquid.

None of these are grounds for a refund; genuine defects — leakage, breakage, wrong item — are handled under the refund policy.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline an order — pricing error, item out of stock, address we can't verify, or signs of fraud — and refund any advance in full within 72 hours.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Cash on Delivery: orders up to 2,500/- qualify for COD, but the 99tk flat shipping charge must be paid in advance — without it, delivery is not possible; for orders above 2,500/-, a 10% advance of the total cart value is required before dispatch. Advance payments are made to our personal bKash/Nagad number 01679123102 (Personal Bkash/Nagad Number) and confirmed by the transaction ID you enter at checkout. Claiming a payment you didn't make, or giving a false transaction ID, cancels the order.

5. Fair use

Don't scrape the site, resell our content as yours, place orders you don't intend to receive, or file claims without evidence. Claims made without photos or video can't be verified and will be declined — the refund policy says exactly what proof we need, and we hold both sides to it, ourselves included.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, photos, and written content belong to DecantBD. Fragrance brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we decant.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Courier delays and failures are outside our control, but when they happen we chase the courier and make it right under the refund policy rather than pointing at this paragraph.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.
