Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. We do not ship outside the country — our courier and payment setup is domestic only, so we can keep charges flat and refunds simple.

What delivery costs

  • Flat 99tk delivery charge, all over Bangladesh.
  • Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver.

How long it takes

  • Confirmed orders are handed to the courier within 24–48 hours.
  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Hartals, strikes, floods and courier backlogs can push these dates out. When that happens we tell you directly instead of leaving you to wonder where the parcel is.

Order confirmation

Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before it ships — this protects you from wrong-address deliveries and us from fake orders. Please give a phone number you actually answer. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order is put on hold until you get in touch.

Paying for the order

  • Orders up to 2,500/- : COD available, but the 99tk flat shipping charge must be paid in advance — without it, delivery is not possible.
  • Orders above 2,500/- : 10% advance of the total cart value is required.
  • For any advance payment: send money to our personal bKash/Nagad number 01679123102 (Personal Bkash/Nagad Number), then write the transaction ID in the order notes at checkout. We verify and confirm within 2 hours during opening hours (10am–10pm).

Failed delivery

If the courier can't reach you at the address or number you gave, they try again. Repeated failures because of incorrect details may need a fresh delivery charge. Parcels refused twice come back to us and are refunded under our refund policy, minus the courier fee.

Check the parcel at handover

Open and check the parcel with the rider present — wrong item, broken vial, leakage, anything missing. Anything you catch at handover is settled immediately and cleanly under the refund policy. Once you accept and pay for an uninspected parcel, later damage claims get much harder to verify.
